Leadership

Troy "TJ" McKee

Executive Director

All this starts from an experience.

As the Executive Director of the Tiffin Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts, I am firm in my belief that the arts hold a powerful ability to make anything possible. With the TFAA’s exemplary board and incredible potential facility, our aim is to become a transformative force in the way art is experienced throughout Tiffin and Seneca County. We have carefully curated a recipe for whole arts exposure this year, offering a diverse range of Visual Artistry, Theatrical Artistry, Musical Artistry, and other art forms to place art at the center of our community’s lives.

At TFAA, we are committed to advancing the arts and serving as a focus for the intersection of what art means to us all. Our goal is to become a destination for exemplary arts and experiences that align with the community’s needs. Our community of artists has a vision, and we are excited to expand our resources and continue to offer high-quality artistic offerings.

To ensure that we cater to our audiences, we plan to align our programming to the community’s needs while expanding our offerings in dance, drama, and musical productions. We also plan to offer a range of events that offer a continuity of exposure and opportunity for art that inspires and entertains. Furthermore, we seek to listen to the community and meet them in the moments that inform their now as we grow our artistic lens through progress. We believe that by giving people the opportunity to experience art as a central pivot to inform and expand, we can help to compliment the beauty of life.

I hope to ignite the same spark I found in the arts long ago in others. I strongly believe that the arts have the power to inform and inspire, and I am confident that our work at TFAA will do the same for generations to come. With our commitment to advancing the arts and our passion for creating transformative experiences, the TFAA is set to be a beacon of artistic excellence in Tiffin and Seneca County for years to come.
